I am passionate about helping those who are ready to make positive changes but feel stuck in patterns of stress and frustration, despite their best efforts.

A piece of my story
My first experience with therapy was in elementary school after my parents' divorce, receiving support from school counselors throughout grade school. ​As an adult, I became more aware of the trauma I was carrying and experienced firsthand the benefits of therapy.​ My professional journey began as a School Counselor, where I helped students and families with counseling and resources. Wanting to do more, I transitioned into Mental Health Therapy.​
